RETURN POLICY
If received a damaged or incorrect product we will gladly assist, otherwise no returns are accepted.
TAILORED MADE PIECES
We take a 50% non-refundable deposit to get started. Due to the nature of our work and the materials we use, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on any of these pieces.
CANCELLATIONS
We strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers. If one or more pieces are not of your satisfaction after receiving them, you can notify us within 7 days and send it back to us. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
SHIPPING FEES
All prices are exclusive of shipping fees. Shipping charges are added to the order and are paid by the customer. These charges are calculated by the weight and/or dimensions of the parcel.
